I joined Glorija on her one-week retreat in Sataya, and it was an experience that is almost impossible to describe with words. Swimming with dolphins and being in the water with all the sea life creates a feeling of harmony, freedom, and connection that is truly special. Sataya welcomes you exactly as you are — imperfectly perfect.
There is only one rule there: to be present in the moment, open your heart, and nourish your soul.
The days are filled with beautiful experiences and love. Even during moments of rest, the soul continues to feel, grow, and expand.
Each morning we woke with the rising sun and began the day with morning yoga and mantra chanting with Glorija. It opened our hearts and prepared us for the deeper experiences waiting for us in the water. Swimming with dolphins, being surrounded by colorful fish, exploring coral reefs, and simply sharing joyful moments in the sea all felt elevated to a deeper level.
Together with a wonderful group of people with whom I could share this journey, the crew on the boat ensured our safety and created a warm atmosphere that truly felt like home.
Sataya is a place I will always return to, and I would recommend this experience to anyone who wishes to reconnect deeply with themselves, with nature, and with the true feeling of being alive.
